Brewing (Phin Method)
– Rinse the phin and cup with hot water.
– Add the appropriate amount of coffee and gently level the surface.
– Pour a small amount of hot water to bloom the grounds, then add about 45 ml of hot water and cover.
– After 5 minutes, the coffee is ready; add milk or sugar if desired.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place; reseal after opening.
